Return Policy:  

Refunding policy of our company entitles all our consumers to return the product at the time of delivery if due to some reason which are not satisfied with the quality or freshness of the product.  

We will take the returned product back with us and refund amount will be credited back if already collected. The return policy was accepted if commodities are found bad and unfit to buy and sale.  

Regular fresh goods are brought in retail manner would be weighed and be denoted in bills while on return, found inappropriate wouldn’t be taken back.  

The goods once sold are allowed to have 24 hrs to return if found with defect or spill opened or with broken seal time exceeding to that won’t be considered for return and timing will be considered from time of delivery.  

Daily fresh goods are allowed to return within 1 hr of delivery and delaying on time in case of consumers fault would not be considered.  

Meat items are requested with certain notes and return was possible only within 1 hr of delivery, mismatch to delivery notes and deficient was acceptable. No other reasons were considered and acceptable for return.  

Return policy was purely based on Company’s policy and decision of Authority was considered final.
